2. Returns.

Eligibility: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are defective or not as described. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, or products that have been used, damaged, or modified, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item is received.

4. Refunds.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

5. Exchanges.

Process: Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request an exchange, please contact us with details of the product you wish to exchange and the new item you would like to receive. The original item must be returned in accordance with our return policy.

6. Warranty Claims.

Coverage: Our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact us with details of the issue and proof of purchase. We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item.
